Who We Are

Awards International® has been a successful organiser of international business awards programmes since 2009. Our awards focus on providing fair and transparent recognition to business professionals across various topics and industries.

Over the years, we have organised world-standard events in the UK, EU, UAE, US, Turkey and the Balkans, with a particular focus on Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Digital Experience, Sustainability and Business Excellence as a whole, amongst others.

Only in 2021, we have delivered a striking ten in-person, hybrid and live online awards across two continents – increasing to twelve across three continents planned for 2022.

Every year, our awards are granted Outstanding Awards Trust Marks by The Independent Awards Standards Council, which guarantees the fairness and transparency of our programmes.

Our events are renowned not only for the true recognition they offer for best-in-class business initiatives and the teams that brought them to fruition but also for providing fantastic learning opportunities, networking and building business connections – and having fun!

Founded in the UK in 2008 by Neil Skehel and the late Don Hales, Awards International now has a presence in London, Dubai, Belgrade and the US.

Why We Are Different

Awards are our core business, not an afterthought! This means that all our efforts and expertise go into running the events that matter to you. Our Awards Consultants can answer any question you might have, and all finalists – no matter where their awards journey ends – will benefit from a detailed feedback report, which helps them refine their strategy in the future.

Our awards are primarily organised by types of Experience – customer, digital, employee and so on – meaning a diverse range of influential companies are in attendance. This cross-sector nature of our events leads to a cross-pollination of business knowledge, where companies can learn best practices from other industries alongside networking with professionals from their own.

When it comes to judging, we pride ourselves on the fairness and transparency of our criteria, which have been endorsed by the Cranfield School of Management and our team of independent judges.

We firmly believe that entrants should know how they're being assessed, so our criteria are available online.

Many of our awards also rely on the feedback and guidance of a Steering Council of independent advisors to improve the quality of the process year-on-year.

In recognition of the fairness and integrity we stand for, every year The Independent Awards Standards Council gives our awards Outstanding Trust Marks – their highest endorsement.
