Judges now have the opportunity to earn official Certification from Awards International, recognising their professionalism, integrity, and expertise in customer experience.
How Certification Works
To qualify for Certification, judges are evaluated on:
- The quality of feedback provided to finalists
- Their conduct and professionalism during the evaluation process
Each judge receives a personalised Judge Feedback Report showing individual performance results, with confirmation of Certification status.
This process helps ensure that UKCXA judging maintains the highest standards, elevating the credibility of the Awards and reinforcing a community of trusted CX professionals.
Attend the In-Person Ceremony
Once you've been accepted as a judge for UKCXA 2026, you’ll have the option to attend the event in person - a unique opportunity to build on the meaningful conversations started during the online judging process.
Attending offers you the chance to:
- Present an award during the ceremony if selected as a returning Chair Judge
- Contribute to Customer Experience Magazine as a featured author or blogger
