At the UK Customer Experience Awards, every entry is evaluated by a panel of independent, expert judges — all hand-picked for their experience, integrity, and deep commitment to advancing customer experience.
A Trusted Judging Panel
Our judges are seasoned CX professionals from across industries. Many are returning judges, having supported UKCXA over several years - a testament to the value and credibility of our judging process.
Each panellist is committed to fair, thorough, and constructive assessment, ensuring that your submission is reviewed with the respect and rigour it deserves.
What to Expect as an Entrant:
- Your written submission and live presentation are scored independently
- Every entry is judged by a panel of 4 experts
- Scores are compiled to determine category winners
- After the awards, every finalist receives a Benchmark Report with detailed feedback to fuel future growth
Judging with Integrity
The entire judging process is closely monitored by Awards International to maintain the highest standards of transparency and fairness.
- NDAs: Every judge signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing any materials
- Training: Judges receive training and clear guidance on scoring criteria, feedback expectations, and professional conduct
- Evaluation: Judges receive their own Feedback Report and may earn a
- Certificate of Excellence if they meet set standards
Each judge is assigned up to 8 entries within one category, giving them the focus needed to provide quality evaluations.
Judge selection concludes approximately one month before the Awards Finals, giving each judge ample time to review entries and prepare.
