The UK Customer Experience Awards are open to all businesses — large or small, B2B or B2C, government entities or industry specialists, teams or individuals. Create your account as soon as possible to see the entry form on AwardMost. It's vital you do this so that you and your colleagues can delegate responsibilities and plan to complete your entry. It's easy enough, but you will need to learn how to complete the entry form. Don't leave your submissions until the last minute as your Awards Consultant will be busy on the days leading up to the deadline. The sooner you create your account, the better, this will not only give you more time to complete your entry but you will also benefit from our early bird rates. FINALISTS ANNOUNCEMENT

All submitted entries are carefully reviewed by our shortlisting panel. If your entry is successful, you will be invited to progress to the next stage of the competition. Stay tuned to find out whether your company has been shortlisted — Neena, your dedicated Awards Consultant, will personally advise you of the outcome. Once announced as a finalist, your written entry will move into the formal scoring process, followed by a live online presentation to the judging panel (covered in the next stage: the Finalist Presentations). FINALISTS PRESENTATIONS

At the finals, you and your team will present your entry live online to a panel of expert judges. This is your opportunity to bring your CX story to life and showcase the impact of your work in person. Finalist presentations will take place over the course of a month, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all participants. - **Finalists Presentations** 16th September 2026

BENCHMARK REPORT

Two weeks after the ceremony, you will receive your personalised Benchmark Report with judges' feedback for each of your entries. You can access this via the AwardMost portal.

How Entries are Scored

Each entry is reviewed by a panel of four to six independent judges. The scoring process has two phases:

Phase 1: Written Entry Evaluation

Judges assess your submission using six criteria (Business Professionals categories use three).

Phase 2: Live Presentation Evaluation

Judge evaluates based on five criteria during your live presentation – the written summary is not re-scored. Finalists also participate in a live Q&A to elaborate further.

Scoring Details:

  • Each phase contributes 50% of your total score
  • Judges work independently and do not share scores
  • Entrants don’t learn who their judges are until the presentations
  • All judges sign NDAs and are bound to confidentiality and vetted for conflict of interest
  • Judges spend on average 1h30min scoring each entry. With four or more judges per jury, that’s 6 hours per entry.
  • All scoring and presentations are conducted via AwardMost, ensuring security, transparency, and fairness.
