This year's UKCXA offers 23 categories split into four sections. Each section celebrates a particular aspect of CX excellence. Whether your organisation wants to demonstrate longstanding expertise or showcase disruptive ideas, there is definitely a category that fits your goal. And if you wish to participate as an individual and showcase your mastery and prowess, we also offer a category dedicated to that purpose.
A company can enter up to 10 categories with one or multiple initiatives.
